Registration fees

All fees cover access to scientific sessions, coffee breaks, and lunches during the conference.

Payment & policies

Payment

Payments can be made by bank transfer as indicated in the HHU registration portal. A receipt will be issued automatically.

Cancellations

Cancellations received before 1 August 2026 will be refunded minus a € 50 administration fee. After this date, refunds cannot be guaranteed.

Data protection (GDPR)

We process your data solely for organizing the workshop (registration management, communication, on-site services). The legal basis is Art. 6(1) GDPR (public/legitimate interest). Data will not be shared with third parties except service providers where necessary. Deletion follows statutory retention periods. See the HHU privacy policy.
